Hello! Its the final day of Celiac Awareness Month, and Allergy Awareness Week was a few weeks ago. I dropped the ball, friends. We closed the Branson bakery so our family could focus on our health, and I have not been blogging or keeping up with social media well, but today I want to share a post that hits on Celiac Disease and food allergies, but also Vitacosts 25th Birthday!
Where We've Been Is Where We're Going
We announced the closure of our Branson bakery location last month, and placed our business on hiatus to focus on our family's needs. We tried to communicate this change clearly, but it's a complex time, with several parts still moving, so it's been hard to keep everyone apprised. In today's blog post I'll try to remedythat!
Careful Cooking, Meaningful Connection, and Difficult Goodbyes
By All Means, Build
We've heard how risky our mid-life crisis is, and how likely we are to fail. We've been met with horrified eyes, dubious brows, and shaming head shakes. We've also heard how braveand resourceful we are. The truth is we've allowed ourselves to bedriven by our values. We believe in inclusion and connection, and we know we can help provide these things with our baking.
