About our flavors;
Vanilla cakes are flavored with fresh vanilla beans, lemon juice, and a hint of cinnamon. This is a classic flavor, not overly sweet.
Chocolate cakes are bold and sweet, and cinnamon makes them pop! This cake is rich and moist.
Spice cakes are warm on the tongue thanks to ginger, allspice, and extra cinnamon.
Cake Ingredients: Coconut Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Xanthan Gum (cabbage-derived), Baking Soda, Cream Of Tartar, Salt, Cinnamon, Sugar, Vanilla Bean, Coconut Oil
Vanilla only- Lemon Juice
Chocolate only- Cocoa Powder
Spice only- Brown Sugar, Allspice, Ginger
Frosting Ingredients: Palm Shortening, Powdered Sugar (sugar, tapioca starch) plus the ingredients below, organized by color-
Pink- Dehydrated Organic Beets
Green- Turmeric, Red Cabbage Juice, Baking Soda, Less than 1% ethyl alcohol to preserve freshness
Blue- Red Cabbage Juice, Baking Soda, Less than 1% ethyl alcohol to preserve freshness
Purple- Dehydrated Organic Beets, Red Cabbage Juice, Baking Soda, Less than 1% ethyl alcohol to preserve freshness
Yellow- Turmeric, Less than 1% ethyl alcohol to preserve freshness
