REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is to always have happy customers. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Sit By Me Bakery product, please let us know right away. We ask that you contact us via phone (417-365-7655), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or bakery walk-in within 12 hours of pick up, and return the uneaten portion of the product within 24 hours of pick up. If upon our sampling we determine our product was not made correctly or to our high standards, we will replace it, or offer full or partial refund as appropriate.
While we understand the disappointment of not enjoying a baked good, we are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but didn't meet a personal preference for flavor or texture. Most people love our bakes, but it's simply not possible to satisfy everyone’s individual taste. Refunds and returns are considered for suspected baking mishaps only.
Pick up and payment is considered acceptance of design and decoration.
